How should a property be prepared?

Spaces should be complete, clean and free of temporary clutter. Lighting, furniture, signage, landscaping and parked vehicles should be reviewed before the shoot.

Can you guarantee blue skies?

No. We plan around forecasts and the building’s orientation, but Irish weather remains variable. The desired mood and a contingency date can be agreed.

Do you photograph occupied buildings?

Yes, where access and privacy can be managed. Busy spaces may require early, late or staged photography to keep disruption low.

Can ground and drone photography be combined?

Yes, subject to aerial feasibility. Combining them often gives a clearer account of the building, site and wider location.
